ProPago® provides payment processing services, including but not limited to payment terminals, electronic invoicing, settlement services, and related business management tools.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Processing

All payment processing is subject to our Payment Processing Agreement, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of ProPago® or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

ProPago® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Panama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our platform.
